Glenn grew up in suburban Philadelphia and many of the City's cultures and influences remain a thread throughout his culinary style.
Glenn has worked in the restaurant and food service industry in about every role imaginable, from washing dishes and busing tables to sous and executive chef as well as corporate upper management.
It is with this knowledge that he brings to you perhaps new ways to look at recipes, kitchen knowledge and food in general.
It is the purpose of this site to introduce viewers to recipes along with tutorials and imagery to help you ease into and become comfortable in the kitchen, and working with what may initially seem like intimidating ingredients and cuisine.
The site will have tips, easy to follow recipes, links to products, substitution ideas and more that were used or can be used for the recipe. Suggestions and a bit of humor may be thrown in to spice it up.
